Welcome to Diamond Hair Braiding. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.

Booking Policy

All appointments must be made in advance via Instagram, WhatsApp, or phone call. Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability.

To secure an appointment, a deposit may be required. This deposit confirms your booking and will be applied toward your final service cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in loss of deposit or difficulty securing future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

We advise all clients to arrive on time for their appointments.

Arriving more than 15–30 minutes late may result in:

  • Reduced service time

  • Rescheduling of your appointment

  • Additional waiting time depending on availability

Payments

Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Deposits made to secure bookings are non-refundable.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.

Service Policy

We provide professional hair braiding and protective styling services as requested by the client.

Please note:

  • Final results may vary depending on hair type, length, and condition

  • Additional charges may apply for extra hair length or added styling requests

Hair & Health Condition

Clients are responsible for informing us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or hair sensitivities before their appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s hair or scalp condition may affect safety or service quality.

Pricing & Changes

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Client Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service.
